By enrolling in the GSM Tennis Program (“Program”), the participant (or parent/legal guardian, if the participant is a minor) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and Conditions: 1. Weather Policy Tennis classes are considered completed if more than half of the scheduled lesson time has been conducted, even if the class is interrupted due to rain or weather conditions. 2. Attendance Policy Enrollment in the Program constitutes a commitment to attend scheduled classes. Classes may be held during holidays and throughout the year. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled class, the class will still count toward attendance if the session is held. Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions and planning accordingly. 3. Makeup Classes Policy We understand that weather and unforeseen circumstances may affect scheduling. Makeup classes are offered under the following conditions: 3.1 Weather-Related Cancellations Makeup classes will be offered only for sessions canceled due to weather conditions (e.g., rain), subject to availability. The Program will make reasonable efforts to reschedule canceled sessions. 3.2 Notification Requirements Participants will be notified of scheduled makeup classes via text message. If a participant cannot attend a scheduled makeup class, they must notify the Program via call or text message as soon as possible. Failure to respond to a makeup class notification will be interpreted as confirmation of attendance, and the session will be counted toward attendance. 3.3 Illness If a participant is unable to attend due to illness, immediate notification is required. Makeup classes for illness will only be considered: With valid medical documentation, and Subject to Program availability. 3.4 Non-Eligible Absences Makeup classes are not provided for absences due to: Travel Personal scheduling conflicts Any reason other than weather or approved medical circumstances 3.5 Program-Initiated Cancellations If the Program cancels a class, participants will be notified in advance. A makeup class will be scheduled accordingly, subject to availability. 3.6 Payment Adjustment If makeup classes cannot be reasonably scheduled for weather-related cancellations, the Program may extend or adjust the participant’s payment due date at its discretion. 4. Payment Policy Participants enroll in sessions consisting of 10 or 12 classes. The Program tracks attendance and will notify participants via text message when a session is complete and payment is due. Due to limited class capacity, a participant’s spot is not guaranteed unless payment is received by the stated due date. Participants who arrive for class without completing payment will not be permitted to participate. 5. Refund Policy All payments are final and non-refundable except under the following conditions: The Program is canceled by the provider The participant relocates out of state A serious injury prevents participation prior to the session start date (documentation may be required) Additional terms: Special event fees are non-refundable Payments are non-transferable and may not be combined between participants or family members No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes within a session Participants joining mid-session are responsible for full session payment 6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver Participation in tennis activities involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, or accidents. By enrolling in the Program, participants (or their parent/guardian) acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that: The Program, its coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation, except where required by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in tennis activities. 7. Media Release The Program may capture photos and videos during classes for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant permission for the use of your or your child’s image, likeness, and participation in Program-related media, unless written notice is provided in advance requesting exclusion. 8. Communication Policy The Program communicates primarily via text message. Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and responding promptly to communications. Failure to respond to official communications may result in forfeited opportunities (e.g., makeup classes). 9. Program Modifications The Program reserves the right to modify schedules, policies, and program structure as necessary due to weather, facility availability, or operational needs. 10. Agreement By enrolling in the GSM Tennis Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

This program is built for players who are looking to further develop their skills, improve their technique, and enhance their overall performance on the court. Training includes a combination of individual and group sessions, where players receive personalized instruction and feedback from experienced coaches. The program emphasizes intensive physical and mental conditioning, along with technical training and competitive match play. Players work on improving footwork, agility, endurance, strength, and speed through a variety of drills and exercises. In addition to physical development, there is a strong focus on mental preparation and strategy. Coaches help players develop match plans based on their strengths, weaknesses, and their opponent’s playing style. Through situational drills and competitive play, players sharpen their technical abilities, gain tactical and strategic advantages, and develop their competitive instincts. Training also focuses on producing shots with height, spin, and pace, while learning to control the court and play effectively from different positions. The goal of the High Performance Program is to help players reach a higher level of play through structured, intensive training that supports both their physical and mental development.
